In accordance with the French law n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 known as “informatique et libertés”, you have a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you. You can exercise this right on simple request by e-mail to legal@ooshot.com.

By browsing our site, you are informed and agree that your personal data may be collected on the site and used by the latter acting as controller in the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the European Parliament. Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter ‘the General Regulation on Data Protection “or” RGPD “).

We are committed to protecting and maintaining the security and privacy of your personal data in accordance with the GDPR, including taking all necessary precautions to prevent this data from being distorted, damaged or unauthorized third parties having access to it.

The following terms will govern your consultation and use of the OOSHOT site, on whatever medium, and specifically on web media and portable devices (hereinafter “the Site” or “OOSHOT”).

What information do we collect?

OOSHOT undertakes to respect the entitlements of web surfers to confidentiality. We collect information when you register with OOSHOT, or when you participate in any OOSHOT functionality.

When you register, we may ask you for your name, gender, date of birth, e-mail address, physical address, including post code, telephone number and native language. Is also asked your professional specialty (e-commerce, portraits, events, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, hospitality...)

We collect the public information available on the web to better qualify you and to propose to the requests of our customers. This information is available on request by email to legal@ooshot.com.

Do we use cookies?

Yes. In common with many other websites, we use cookies, i.e. we use information on visits to our websites to enhance your use of OOSHOT. For more information on cookies, a definition can be found at wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_cookie.

What is a cookie?

Cookies are information which a site sends to your computer when you consult the site concerned. Cookies operate in combination with the content of OOSHOT itself for the recording and storage of information. Do we disclose the information we collect to third parties?

OOSHOT assigns great importance to the security and confidentiality of your personal information, and has procedures and policies in place for the guaranteed protection of your privacy.

We may also disclose your information when requested to do by authorities who are legally empowered to require this disclosure, for the purposes of compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. You therefore acknowledge, agree and accept that OOSHOT is entitled to access, store and disclose information on your account, should the law so require, or where OOSHOT believes, in good faith, that such access, storage or disclosure is reasonably necessary (a) for the purposes of response to any claims made against OOSHOT; (b) for compliance with a statutory procedure; (d) for the prevention of fraud, the evaluation of risks, the conduct of surveys or in the interests of customer service; or (e) for the protection of the entitlements, property or personal security of OOSHOT, its users or the general public.

We do not sell, market or transfer any personally identifiable information to third parties without obtaining your prior consent to this effect, as described hereinafter.

However, non-identifiable information on web surfers may, in a combined form, be disclosed to other parties for commercial, advertising or other purposes.

Unauthorized resale of the service

You hereby undertake not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, market, resell or otherwise exploit for commercial purposes any parts whatever of the OOSHOT website.

French law

You hereby accept that this Site, and your relations with OOSHOT, shall be governed by French law, which shall be the sole law applicable to the present Site. Any dispute with a user of the Site shall be referred to the competent courts of Paris.
