Founded in 1968, the portfolio management company Atland Voisin, based in Dijon, created the civil real estate investment company (SCPI/REIT) Immo Placement the same year. Voisin Atland is specialized in commercial real estate and operates on the housing market.

Challenge

The client needed us to produce visuals of their real estate assets in Dijon and Lyon. The goal was to provide shots from different angles and plans of the buildings.

The main challenge in this kind of shooting is to adapt the shooting to the environment, especially while capturing wide shots of buildings from distance. Similarly, the architectural details and lines of the facades as well as the detail of the materials require a great mastery of the depth of field. 

Voisin asked us visuals for their website and publications for their investors. They also had to serve as a support for the brand's messages.

Solution

In order to meet all of our client’s needs we searched in our vast database and with our proprietary tools we found and mobilized local creative talent, specializing in real estate and architectural photography. 

The latter, having experience in this type of shooting, was able to capture every detail of the buildings and produce wide shots and thus enhance the value of our client's real estate assets.
