BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management France is part of the BNP Paribas Real Estate group, a dedicated real estate subsidiary of the BNP Paribas banking group, present in 37 countries. BNP Paribas REIM France is a management company approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (Financial Markets Regulator), which designs and manages on behalf of third parties real estate investment funds (SCPI, OPCI general public, OPPCI) intended for private or institutional investors. These funds invest in different asset classes: offices, retail, hotels, logistics, residential, etc.

Challenge

Our client wanted to produce interior and exterior images of their different real estate assets located all over France and Europe. The main challenge was to coordinate the local teams and manage several shootings all over France. 

We had to produce graphic images in portrait and landscape formats that would highlight the buildings. We also needed to produce overall views and capture the details of the buildings, all this while preserving a great sense of perspective.  

Beautiful light being essential to highlight architectural details, we needed to adapt to the weather in order to obtain the brightest shots possible.

Solution

In compliance with our client's specifications and in order to meet their request, we have selected and mobilized local photographers specialized in architectural photography. The latter, armed with their experienced eye, were able to bring out the tiniest details, sublimate the lights and play with the landscape.

Before delivering the photos to the client, we retouched some of the images to erase undesirable elements such as cars or poles, in order to provide the best possible rendering.

Deliverables

We delivered to our client 30 to 40 photos of each real estate asset. 

The client chose us to take interior and exterior photos of its real estate assets in France.
